My old furnace has been kept alive by Andrew and his brother for the last 3 years. This year on the coldest night of the year it decided to fail again. We called at 8 AM on a Saturday morning and Andrew and his brother Gregg were here by 11:30. The furnace needed a new motor which was replaced and by 12:15, we had a working furnace again. All the time keeping me laughing. I highly recommend them. And a tip. I have two Golden Retrievers which I had sent on an outing to keep them from being underfoot. Had they been here to play with, I could have gotten $50 off! Thank you guys.

Our heater stopped working Saturday mid-day. I started calling around and most HVAC companies were either closed or offering an appointment mid-next-week. Andrew showed up on Sunday to diagnose and was back with replacement control board Monday noon. Price was very reasonable - and he does not charge you until the system is up and running. Also, our furnace is about 12 years old - which is a cut off for many service companies. Forced air will work on the system for as long as it makes sense and they can get parts. Our system has a history of modifications and additions by the previous owners - but not much of a history of cleaning. Andrew recommended their cleaning and inspection service - which I am making an appointment for. Will update after it is done. Overall - definitely recommend!

Aloha! Andrew Dolling and his brother provided us 10 Star service this afternoon! Our air conditioning unit hasn't been working in months! Called them yesterday and they were nice enough to get our AC unit in Redwood Shores up and running in less than 30 mins!! A bent pin on a new smart thermostat (on the connector between the faceplate and unit itself) caused my furnace to stop working - and this persisted even when the old 'dumb' thermostat was put back in place. Andrew went out of his way to help and was able to very quickly diagnose and then remedy the problem (the bent pin had caused a short circuit and in turn, blown out a fuse on the furnace control board). Very grateful and thankful for the fast response and the fact we will not be sitting in a cold house this Thanksgiving!

We hired Andrew and team to repair an old condenser in the back. I knew that more than likely I needed a new unit but I was in denial about it and was hoping the AC fairy would sprinkle some dust and make my house cool again. Long story short, I needed a new furnace, upgrades to the ductwork, AND a new compressor. Andrew asked that I get three competitive quotes before I went ahead with Forced Air. He was that sure of his quote and his breakdown. He wasn't the cheapest but he was the most thorough and I loved how he explained everything he was doing. His assistant, Rich, was on hand for most of the installation and I have nothing but good things to say about his staff. Andrew and his brother Gregg are a great team of experts working together on helping home owners solve problems from HVAC to plumbing. Andrew installed a new HVAC system for our home remodel, and we are very happy with his work. He put in a new AC, new furnace, and all the ductwork necessary. He is extremely knowledgable, did a really high quality job, and made sure we were happy with the installation and understood how it functioned. We had complained that our old furnace was a bit noisy, so Andrew installed the new furnace in a new position with vibration dampening materials, and now it's so quite it's hard to even know it's running. He even replaced one of the ugly old roof vents on our house with something more modern free of charge. Andrew was great to work with, and we'd highly recommend him.

Andrew and lead guy Alex and crew did clean/neat work. I have a 2 level home on the coast built in the 60s that had no heat downstairs. I had an old furnace in the garage and wanted to clear the space and put the new unit in the attic. Three other contractors came out and said that they could not do it and provide ducting to the downstairs. So when Andrew came out and suggested he could put it in the attic and provide registers to every room downstairs I was very pleased. I now have a quiet high eff. furnace in the attic and all new ducting throughout the entire house and a much more comfortable living environment. His crew was highly professional, used drop cloth on new floors, cleaned up each day, knew their stuff, and were friendly as well. His price was very reasonable and in my book that makes him a real bargain considering the quality of his work. Highly recommend them.

These guys are great! Our house in Los Altos is 60 years old. It was not designed with AC in mind. Andrew was able to design a system to meet our needs and his team was able to retrofit it neatly into our old house. His people were clean, courteous and accommodating-important to us as we were living in the house while the work was being done. Bottom line- the Bay Area just had a record breaking heat wave with temps above 100 degrees. We were perfectly comfortable the whole time.

I was looking to upgrade my HVAC system and ductwork. I got three bids. Andrew was the ONLY contractor to actually look in my attic, take detailed measurements, and give my numerous options for components. I was already working with an electrician for some unrelated upgrades so he told me exactly what I needed to have them do as far as the HVAC install. He wasn't the least expensive but also wasn't the most expensive -- right in the middle. Since he was so thorough in preparing his estimate, there were no surprises on the job -- no change orders, no extra costs (except a few initiated by me). Andrew was always available for questions and his employee Rich was awesome. It's clear to me that Forced Air Systems not only knows their stuff but they take so much pride in their work, they are honest, and they are ethical. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend that anyone looking for repair work or upgrades get an estimate from Forced Air!
